Data Deletion

You can request deletion of any data DeskGenie holds about you — your conversation history, phone number/visitor identifier, and any contact details you shared during a handover request.

How to request deletion

Send an email to lijinqiangwh007@gmail.com with:

• The business/WhatsApp number you messaged
• Your WhatsApp phone number (or the browser you used, if via the website widget)

We will delete the matching conversation records within 7 days and confirm by email.
