DeskGenie provides an AI-powered customer-service assistant to businesses, delivered via a website chat widget and/or WhatsApp. By using DeskGenie — either as a business customer or as someone messaging a DeskGenie-powered assistant — you agree to these terms.

The service

• DeskGenie answers questions using information the business provides (prices, FAQs, policies)
• It clearly identifies itself as an automated assistant and can hand off to a human staff member on request
• It is scoped to the business's own topics and will decline unrelated questions

No guarantee of accuracy

Answers are generated from the business's own knowledge base on a best-effort basis. For anything binding (contracts, payments, medical/legal advice), please confirm directly with the business's staff.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content. We may block accounts or numbers that misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always applies.
